Cancellation Policy: - Confirmed booking cancelled 60+ days prior to arrival – full refund. - Confirmed booking cancelled 30-60 days prior to arrival – 50% of full cost is payable - Confirmed booking cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival – 100% of full cost is payable - Any cancellation or amendment must be submitted in writing - The PayPal ‘Refund Payment’ option is only available for 60 days after a payment is sent. After 60 days the guest will incur a PayPal charge for any money refunded - Money refunded by bank transfer will be subject to bank charges
